Citrus bergamia Italy - FCF (bergaptene free which removes the photosensitising qualities of bergamot)
Aroma: Bergamot essential oil has a fresh citrus with a slight floral undertone.
Properties: Bergamot has a happy sunny disposition, perfect for uplifting anyone in any mood. Sources list it as great for anxiety and useful even for depression. It is very fresh and very light with a slight bitter and green undertone.
Blends with: many & most oils, including other citrus oils, cedarwood, cypress, clary sage, frankincense, ginger, juniper berry, lavender, sandalwood & vetiver.
It is cold pressed from the peel.
Shelf life: It will keep for up to 2 years if stored with lid tightly closed in a cool, dark area.
