Refund policy

We want you to love our products, so if you receive your order and there has been some damage to the product please call or email a photo of the damaged product within 14 days of receiving the package and we will resend the product to you at no extra cost to yourself.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please email us at hello@soularoma.com.au with the product details, and proof of purchase within 14 days, along with the reason for requesting a refund and we will be happy to refund the price of the product as a credit to your account for future purchases, however, please note that the cost of returning the product is at your expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be minimally used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
