Express shipping (up to 500g) - $14

For orders over $100, shipping is free and applied to your cart automatically. This is not able to be combined with any other discount.

All packages are sent with tracking via Australia Post.

Unless a product is out of stock, all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. For Melbourne & Victorian addresses packages will arrive approximately 2-3 business days after you receive your notification of shipment. For other areas delivery time is up to 4-5 business days after notification of shipment. All orders are shipped from our location in Melbourne via Australia Post.

Once your order leaves our premises, we will send a confirmation email that your order has been shipped and this email will contain the tracking number.  

Once a shipment is shown as "delivered" by Australia Post, Soularoma is not responsible for any orders. If your address is not secure, we suggest requesting a required signature for delivery. Please contact us to arrange this service as it is not offered in the normal checkout process.

If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address, the cost to re-ship is the sole responsibility of the ordering party. If you realise that you have entered your address incorrectly, please email or call us immediately so as to ensure that your package goes to the correct address.
