Mentha piperita - Australia (Grown unsprayed here in Victoria)
This is a wonderfully mentally stimulating, cooling and cleansing oil. It is great for focus & concentration.
Physically it is a unrivalled oil for sinus issues, nausea & headaches. It also has an affinity with the digestive system.
It blends well with citrus oils, clary sage, eucalyptus, lavender, marjoram & rosemary.
It will keep for around 5 years if stored with lid tightly closed in a cool, dark area.
