Aroma: This is just like the herb growing in the garden. Pungent, fresh and herbal. 

Properties: Sage is the oil for wisdom and accessing inner knowing. It is cleansing and very useful for clearing negative energy from your space prior to any work work with rituals. It is very protective. It can help reframe negative thoughts and is useful for anxiety.

Physically it is used to for issues with the female reproductive system. It is also useful for menopause. 

Blends with: citrus oils, cedarwood, clary sage, cypress, eucalyptus, geranium, lavender, myrtle, pine & rosemary.

It is steam distilled from the dried leaves.

Shelf life: It will keep for around 4-5 years if stored with lid tightly closed in a cool, dark area.

*Sage is very strong and should be used sparingly and if used in the diffuser only for 10 minutes at a time. Never use sage undiluted.
