What would you like to work on? What issue is troubling you at the moment? In what area of you life would you like to move forward? Where do you feel the most stressed or overwhelmed right now? What do you feel most stressed or overwhelmed about right now? In what way would you like to be emotionally free? What feelings would you like to move towards? Ask yourself these questions and you have the subject of a tapping session. If you have just choose the one (or two) which are most pressing right now. The issue might be physical or emotional. At the beginning of the session you will be invited to tune into your body to see where you feel the issue that you want to work on and then you will be asked to rate the intensity of the issue from 0 to 10. 0 means non-existent while 10 is the most intense.
In the session, you will tap along with me on the points. I will suggest what to say based on what information you give me at the beginning, but you can change the exact wording if what I say doesn't resonate with you. EFT is a safe, gentle and relatively painless technique. However, painful memories might come up, but we don't dwell on these memories or we use techniques to remove you from the pain of those memories.
As we tap, you may feel that sensations and feelings change, that pain might even move to other places in the body. You may be asked if you remember events in your past that have contributed to this present issue. If there is a traumatic memory uncovered you will be encouraged to make further sessions using Matrix reimprinting. With each memory/feeling we work to clear each one before moving on to the next.
Effects may last up to 2 or 3 days. It is important to drink lots of water. What we maybe clearing are beliefs that stem from memories from childhood.
