Eucalyptus citriodora- Australia
Aroma: Eucalyptus and lemony, citronella-like
This oil is a like combination of Eucalptus and lemon and is very refreshing.
Properties: Physically, it is a good insect repellant and pairs well with Lemon Tea tree as a mosquito repellant. It is also a strong antibacterial oil, so good for diffusing when people are ill and for cleaning around the house. Also good for sore muscles.
Blends with: other native oils, cedarwood, lavender, marjoram, peppermint, rosemary & thyme.
It is steam distilled from the leaves.
Shelf life: It will keep for around 3 years if stored with lid tightly closed in a cool, dark area.
How to use: use in a diffuser or pour 2ml in 100ml in a spray bottle and spray on hair and clothes to keep mosquitoes away.
