Opening & clearing
Feeling a little foggy or congested and need some headspace? This is a perfect blend for opening and clearing. It is very supportive for the respiratory system and is used to help clear the head and the sinus cavities. It is a great synergy to strengthen the immune system. The blend is composed from eucalyptus, niaouli, rosemary, peppermint and peppermint gum essential oils.
The ritual: Put 2 drops on a tissue and keep close by, use in a diffuser. Put 3 drops in a glass bowl of almost boiled water and cover your head with a towel and breathe in for 5-10 minutes or put 3 drops on the bottom of a shower (on a glass saucer so as not to ruin the shower if used regularly).

Shelf life: It will keep for around 4 years if stored with lid tightly closed in a cool, dark area.
