Jojoba oil is a beautiful oil with a silky feel. It is technically not an oil but a liquid wax and is very similar to the skin's sebum. It is unlikely to cause irritations or allergies, so is ideal for skin application for everyone, even babies or those with very sensitive skin. It is rapidly absorbed by the skin and does not blog pores or hair follicles.
Properties: Jojoba oil can be very helpful with many varied skin conditions from dry skin to oily skin to inflammatory conditions.
Our jojoba oil is grown in NSW without pesticides and other chemicals.
Shelf life: Up to 4 years from harvest when stored in a cool dry place.
The ritual: place a small amount of oil in your palm and massage into your face or body.
Blending: When creating your own blends dilute essential oils from 0.5% for very subtle up to 5% strong- the usual is 2-3%. Click here for a dilution guide.
