Aroma: Kunzea essential oil is a native tree which grows abundantly and wildly in south East Australia (Tasmania, Eastern Victoria and Eastern New South Wales) and is synonymous with the smell of the Australia bush.
Properties: According to Robbi Zeck, Kunzea helps to release emotional pain.
Kunzea essential oil can be useful for sore muscles and joints, the respiratory system, insect bites and decreasing stress and anxiety. Kunzea has antiseptic properties and has shown to be useful for treating irritated skin (diluted).
Blends with: other native oils, citrus oils, lavender
It is steam distilled from the leaves & twigs
Shelf life: It will keep for around 4-5 years if stored with lid tightly closed in a cool, dark area.
