Aroma: Warm, sweet and herbaceous yet spicy 

Properties: Physically, it is warming so it is good for alleviating muscular issues, PMS and also respiratory issues. Marjoram is also useful to treat soft tissue damage. It is often used with breathing issues.  It is useful for digestive issues.

Sweet marjoram essential oil is very useful for stress and nervous tension. It is calming and is useful for obsessive thinking and helps in situations of overwhelm. It helps to release stuck emotions and emotional blocks and it also has a long history of being used for grief. 

Blends well with:  citrus oils, cedarwood, clary sage, cypress, , juniper, lavender, oregano, patchouli, rosemary & thyme.

It is steam distilled from the leaves and the flowering tops.

Shelf life: It will keep for around 5 years if stored with lid tightly closed in a cool, dark area.
