This is a refreshing woody oil. It is good for mental exhaustion, hopelessness and low self-esteem. 

Physically pine essential oil can be supportive for sore muscles and various aches & pains. İt can help to breathe and clear the nasal passages when congested.   It is detoxifying and helps to clear spaces of negative energy. It is great to use as an air freshener and is antibacterial. 

It blends well with citrus oils, clary sage, cypress, eucalyptus, frankincense, juniper, lavender, marjoram, rosemary & tea tree. 

It is steam distilled from the needles

It will keep for around 1-2  years if stored with lid tightly closed in a cool, dark area.
