Aroma: This is just like the herb growing in the garden. Sweet, fresh and herbal.
Properties: Thyme is strengthening and energizing. It is useful in releasing emotional blocks and is useful for forgiveness. It helps promote concentration.
Physically it is used for hair growth issues, muscular & joint pain & is very antibacterial. It works well with respiratory issues. It is very warming.
Blends with: black pepper, citrus oils, cedarwood, clary sage, geranium, lavender, myrtle, oregano pine & rosemary.
It is steam distilled from the dried leaves & flowering tops
Shelf life: It will keep for around 3-5 years if stored with lid tightly closed in a cool, dark area.
