Lather soap onto the body & repeat the affirmation. Store away from water and let dry between uses. Use a soap holder to allow soap to dry easily.

Olive oil (extra virgin) - moisturising, mild cleansing
Coconut oil (organic)- cleansing, lathering
Castor oil (organic) - small lathering bubbles, moisturising, cleansing
Bamboo charcoal - detoxifying, deep cleansing & balances oily skin
Peppermint essential oil - cleansing, clarifying & refreshing. Good for oily & red inflamed skin. Stimulating & clears sinuses & eases breathing.
